For clients wishing to establish a certain image or look, we develop a long range leasing program to firmly establish corporate sponsorship with given styles and artists.

Stella de Stefanis, principal of ArtInvestment, Inc., has a vast knowledge of Swedish artists resulting from her Swedish citizenship and knowledge of the language, Swedish being her first language.

We offer cost effective solutions. Our payment plans can be arranged on a per piece basis, typically about $90 per month for pieces appraised at $10,000. Monthly leasing rates also depend on the length of the lease and any re-hanging or re-positioning within the corporate environment. We also have plans that, in the result of a sale, the proceeds would be offset by the cost paid for leasing. ArtInvestment, Inc. also offers tax strategies, and we are aware of various governmental and private funding options that promote the arts.
